Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: Passed out in vaccine room about 1-2 minutes after receiving both the COVID and Flu vaccines. Patient hit head on the flat side of the cabinet, and regained conciousness about 15-30 seconds after losing conciousness.
