Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Mild, Additional Details: Patient experienced an allergic reaction to the Fluzone vaccination that was recieved 10/04/2025. The patient reported on 10/07/2025 that they still had pain, reddness, itching, and heat radiating from the injection site. The patient applied Cortisone cream on the 10/07/2025. Paitent was contacted on 10/08/25 and systoms were resolved.
