Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Headache-Mild, Additional Details: Immunizer processed covid vaccine thinking that patient would like to get the vaccine after he confirmed, but after patient received vaccine he decided that he did not want to get the vaccine any longer. The patient was upset and said they were experiencing some headache and had taken some motrin and was laying down
