Systemic: see note below-Mild, Additional Details: When attempting vaccine administration, patient noted several drops of vaccine on his arm and stated he did not believe he received the entire vaccine. Unable to determine amount injected. Pt's MD's office notified via telephone, awaiting response/further instructions.
