Systemic: Fever-Medium, Systemic: Shakiness-Medium, Additional Details: Patient state that her last flu shot resulted in a reaction that never reported to provider or pharmacy. She received vaccination at the hospital and within 30 minutes she was shaking and had a high fever. She was unable to drive.
