Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Additional Details: Patient came by the pharmacy complaining about the shot she was given for shingrix. She said she called the immunizer's attention that it was a little too low, like closer to her elbow, but immunizer said it is ok because it was subcutaneously and is to be given in an area with a lot of fat. Her arm started swelling after 2-3 hours after and had to go see her md to have it checked. She wants to know if her vaccine was effective, given that it was administered incorrectly.
