Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: Pt called for help shortly after receving 2 vax. Pt was on the floor, pale, weak pulse, bradycardic. Helped pt lay completely on the floor, elevated feet, monitored vitals. Pt began to recover, helped to chair, pt left several minutes later and denied any problems. Pt has hx and denied EMS. Called pt later and she seems fine
