Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Additional Details: patient states she believes the vaccine was given subcutaneously but the documentation states IM. her arm at the injection site was red and raised about 2.5inch circle and warm to the touch. started within 12 hours and is now improving after 4 days
