Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Severe, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Additional Details: Patient lost conciousness following immunization and regained conciousness within 60 seconds. Patient was monitored for 30 minutes following loss of conciousness. No epinephrine or benadryl was given.
