Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: skin loss-Medium, Additional Details: Upon bandage removal on 10/16/25 patient noticed a "large chunk of skin missing where one of the vaccinations was given, and a small chunk of skin missing from second vaccination". Reported pain during injection.
