Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was with his daughter when came in to recieve a vaccine. After vaccine was given patient stayed at the retail location shoping for 20 to 30 min from the time vaccination was given. Patient recieved 2 vaccines COVID and FLU and had fallen in outside the store when he was leaving to his car.
