Symptom narrative

Swelling, soreness, redness and hot to touch @ injection site for three days following shot. Redness spread to become a 5? band covering half the upper arm. Redness eventually reached the elbow on day 5. Had lethargy for first two days. Developed vertigo and nausea on day three. Went to Dr. (withheld name). Was diagnosed with BPPV. Recieved Rx for symptoms and instructions for the Epley maneuver. Recieved Rx of Methylprednisolone 4mg Dosepk to address symptoms occurring at the injection site.
