6 year old patient received the Adult dose 30mcg (0.3ml) of the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine instead of the age appropriate dose for the 5-11 age group 10mcg (0.3ml) Parents notified of this mediation/dose error by the nurse who administered the vaccine on the date vaccine error occurred. A Clinician also spoke to the parent to address questions, concerns and provide what symptoms to watch for and who to call in the event of an adverse vaccine reaction
