Symptom narrative

Immunization was scheduled incorrectly creating confusion on what patient needed for vaccines. Patient verbalized understanding that she was receiving a flu vaccine even though it was later determined she was wanting a COVID vaccine. After administration, nursing documented vaccine and discovered patient already had dose for this flu season on 9/26.
