Symptom narrative

Patient's husband came to Pharmacy on Saturday, October 18 stating patient woke up Saturday, October 10, 2025 and felt numbness and tingling in her feet. He thought the patient was experiencing a stroke, and immediately took her to the local hospital. Once the patient was admitted, tests were completed and she was diagnosed with Guillain Barre syndrome. The patient started infusion therapy and "it has been life changing". Upon follow up, patient states she is being discharged today, October 20, 2025, with an 11 day hospital stay.
