Symptom narrative

Near syncope episode after flu vaccine. Felt shaky, elevated blood pressure at 167/93, other vital signs within normal limits. She was afebrile and without rash or hives. No swelling of lips or tongue. No shortness of breath.

Labs: CBC, CMP, Cardiac enzymes, all within normal limits. Chest xray was done and normal.
