Symptom narrative

I developed with ulcerative colitis within a month of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Diagnosis was confirmed by multiple colonoscopies, lab tests, and doctors. I cannot say the vaccine caused this, but I believe the timing may be relevant and worth reporting. I have no family history of this disease and an identical twin brother without the disease. Additionally, I have lived a healthy lifestyle and do not consume processed food regularly.
