Patient complaint of redness, inflammation at site of injection in the left arm. this is the arm where she received the capvaxive and cominaty vaccines. the redness has become larger since thursday, when she noticed it at first. it has become larger than the two injection sites on the arm, but only in the upper arm area of the left arm. she has tried to apply ice and vicks rub on it and it seems to be tolerable. she was more tired than usual the next day after the vaccine, she had chills and stayed in the bed all day.
patient fell on 9/25/25 and had to take cyclobenzaprine and meloxicam. also just finished the medrol dose pack on 10/12/25.
