never received the 2nd dose of Shingrix; Fever; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of fever in a 61-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (intramuscular, unknown arm) .5 ml and did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, 1 day after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced fever (Verbatim: Fever) and incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never received the 2nd dose of Shingrix). The outcome of the fever was resolved (duration 1 day) and the outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the fever to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the fever to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 29-SEP-2025 The reporter was a 61-year-old female. She reported on 29th September 2025, that she had received the first dose of the Shingrix vaccine in 2018. The patient stated that she did not recall which arm had been used for the administration of the vaccine. The customer reported, the next day she had a difficult reaction of fever, but she think it was a common one. She noted that it had lasted only for a day. She explained that she had to travel out of the county and therefore never received the second dose of Shingrix. She inquired whether she would have to start the vaccination series over again or if she should receive only the second dose. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
