The patient's past medical history included anxiety and panic attack. Concurrent medical conditions included fish allergy and penicillin allergy. On 07-OCT-2025 17:00, the patient received Shingrix. Felt like her grands were swollen. Took Benadryl. Symptoms continued entire next day.
