Symptom narrative

Baby developed hives 2 hrs after vaccine. Was seen in Urgent Care and prescribed hydrocortisone 1%. Otherwise well--feeding well, no fevers. Hives started on bilateral legs and arms and then on right cheek. Also had rash after 1st set of vaccines at 6wks old.
