Symptom narrative

Patient expressed that it was a lot more painful regards to the vaccine, vaccine knocked patient out for a couple of days. At no point was this discussed as a possibility and Patient had to cancel plans and wish that he was made aware of the effects of the vaccines. Patient experience pain and body aches all over body, extreme soreness in injection spots, and fever symptoms shivering for 48 hours. Patient is feeling better today 10/20/2025.
