Pharmacist calling to report a patient with a tdap allergy was administered CAPVAXIVE. Patient is experiencing blurred vision, dizziness and headaches. Caller reports no serious side effects. The CAPVAXIVE was administered on 10/13/2025 and the side; headaches; dizziness; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 70-year-old male patient.
