Describe Event, Problem, or Product Use Error: Abrysvo is packaged with a vial adapter that has an expiration date prominently displayed. It is easy for staff to miss the actual expiration date of the vaccine when looking at the package. Would suggest that the manufacturer create a shaded area on the film to cover the vial adapter information so that only the expiration date of the vaccine is prominently visible. Once the plastic film is removed, the exp date for the vial adapter would be visible.
