Symptom narrative

Fever 102 and 103 for over 1 week, red raised bumps all over skin, fussy and irritable, picking at ears, big red circle on thigh that was raised with smaller red dots inside of it (spot is still on thigh but has now changed to a lighter purple color), loss of appetite.
