Symptom narrative

Vaccine given was not age appropriate for the patient. Patient was accidentally given the Moderna Spikevax 12yr+ instead of the 6m-11yr. No current reactions report, pt mother made aware and will report any adverse reaction. Call the CDC for clinical guidance, due to government shutdown, was told response may take longer than 24hrs.
