Symptom narrative

Describes more than usual bleeding from injection, like a capillary was hit. 5 days after injection became more painful than expected for being that long post-immunization, wondering if delayed reaction, reported chills, nausea, warmth at injection site. Presented for same day appt to have evaluated. -Unsure which manufacturer / brand flu shot was given. Given by employee health at Medical Center

Medical history

Migraine headaches. Hx of bacterial skin/soft tissue infection secondary to Tdap vaccine approx 6 yr prior

venlafaxine, norethindrone, metformin, semaglutide

Allergies

Latex, Coconut oil, SSRI class medications

Lab data

exam, visualized ecchymoses approx 4cm diameter at injection site with tenderness to palpation
