Symptom narrative

15-20 minutes after receiving vaccine, patient says she felt a burning pain and feeling of inflammation through her left axilla and into the front and back of her ribs. Over the next few days, the feeling of pain and inflammation spread to her neck muscles, jaw muscles, and hip muscles all on her left side.
