Symptom narrative

Patient was given small amount of rota vaccine and began to profusely vomit. Patient's vomiting caused them to have difficulty breathing. Took several minutes to call child down and return to normal breathing. After patient was exhausted and we kept patient in office for 30 minutes with the provider to ensure safety.
