Symptom narrative

Patient's mother called and said her daughter (the patient) is having a decent amount of swelling around the injection site. It itches significantly and there is pain. The pain was the worst the day after the injection, but there is still some there. Patient is out of state right now and can not go to her doctor, but I said if she needs to that she can go to an urgent care out of state.
