Symptom narrative

patient received the vaccine around 3:30pm on 10/19/25 and stated that he started shaking, sweating and throwing up uncontrollably around 6:30pm and ended up in the hospital. Although, he was released from the hospital, he is still throwing up and now on anti-emetics around the clock.
