Symptom narrative

Patient developed a slightly burning and itchy fluid filled rash on the arms. It resolved and cleared after about 3 to 4 weeks then more of the same rash appeared on the leg area. It was the same characteristics as the rash on the arms and it also resolved after 3 to 4 weeks. He said he did not report to his primary care provider.
