Symptom narrative

severe headache began within 1 hour of vaccine administration "different" from any previous migraine headache; initially headache bitemporal the extending over entire head, unable to move jaw, became pale, unable to speak, weak and crying in pain despite taking 2 excedrin migraine tablets. Mom brought to hospital emergency room for evaluation Had negative head ct scan and was observed for approximately 5 hours--her color and speech improved, vitals stable and able to be discharged home by 10 pm ..Home and went to bed without overnight issues. "just tired" on exam the next day.
