Symptom narrative

The patient reports that a couple of days of after vaccination she developed a slight rash on her stomach that was red and a little itchy but not bumpy. She also reports stomach pain and diarrhea. After 2 days she called her primary care provider. She was told to wait one more day and then call back if it had not resolved. However, by the next day her symptoms had improved and her rash was gone so she did not call back. She states that this is the first time she has had a reaction after receiving these vaccines.
