Symptom narrative

Patient reported pain and swollen arm two days after she got the vaccine. She was recommended to use warm compress, ibuprofen or Tylenol and to swim the arm around. On 10/17/2025 she presented in the pharmacy asking for information related to Shingrix and also to know if the adverse reactions she was experiencing was normal . Med guide for Shingrix was printed and handed to her and she was advised to go hospital is signs and symptoms do not improve
