Symptom narrative

Patient came to the pharmacy to report swelling and heat in his right ar. He states he called his provider and was advised to go to the Urgent Care for follow-up. Patient was given 7 days worth of Cephalexin 500mg BID. He was told to return in 7 days if symptoms have not improved and to use moist heat over the area.
