Symptom narrative

Morning after the vaccine the patient experienced multiple migraines with aura, elevated blood pressure readings of 195/95 on 3 separate occasions, and episode of bradycardia with a rate of 52, dizziness, nausea

Current illness

Right lower extremity avulsion injury requiring sutures and short course of cephalexin, cephalexin was completed prior to vaccine administration

Medical history

Hypothyroidism, major depressive disorder, migraines

Duloxetine, levothyroxine, metoprolol, progesterone, estradiol patch, Neutrafol
