Symptom narrative

Fairly quickly following vaccination, the patient experienced pallor then had a brief syncopal episode falling from her chair. She was observed, given water and a snack, she has normal vitals following syncope and observed for at least 15 minutes following episode until she felt better and could leave clinic with no apparent injury.
