Symptom narrative

Patient reports that about 2 hours after vaccination while at her home, she started having a rapid heartbeat, feeling dizzy, and shaking. She called 911 and when the ambulance arrived her BP was "very elevated". Systolic in the 180s. Ended up going to the ER via squad. Unknown treatment in ER, discharged home.
