Vaccine was given 10/16/25 in the morning. Patient stated that on Sunday afternoon around 2pm, she was on a bus going to a play, and she started to feel very hot and lightheaded. She did note that the bus driver did not have the air conditioner on during the ride. When she got to the theater, she did not go in to see the play. She stayed outside with medical staff who provided water. She rested when she got home and was checked on by staff. She slept most of the day Monday. Today, 10/22/25, she still does not feel 100%. She stated that she is not sure if it is related to the vaccine. I advised patient to reach out to her PCP if she continues to feel unwell.
