Symptom narrative

Injections were given in upper right arm very close to shoulder. Sore right arm turned into limited movement and extreme pain. Cannot lift arm up over head and back down without severe pain. Cannot push body up with arm. Cannot sleep directly on right shoulder without pain. Possible bursitis and/or frozen shoulder.
