Symptom narrative

When pulling out the needle after receiving the Tdap vaccine client went stiff and eyes glazed over and passed out. Not a limp fainting , rigid and stiff. Client came to quickly, then immediately went stiff and rigid again and his partner was here and helped me lay on the floor. Client came to quickly again, but called 911. Vital signs stable. EMS took Blood sugar , reported it was stable. Clients BP was always stable. Client chose not to to to the ER. Client stated he was fine and felt fine. After having a bottle of cold water he went him.
