Symptom narrative

The patient had a fever of 104 F for 2 days then dropped to a fever of 100-102 for another day. He also experienced diarrhea and fatigue. He used acetaminophen sparingly. Symptoms finally resolved after 5 days.

Atorvastatin 10mg daily, Metoprolol Succ ER 50mg daily
