Symptom narrative

Patient had intense arm pain in the following days of the vaccine. Saw 2 doctors, one at an urgent care facility as well as her primary care provider. Both doctors confirmed that a nerve must have been hit during the vaccine administration, though the vaccine was administered correctly and in the proper location (not too high nor too low). She is unable to move her arm without severe pain, needing various pain meds to ease the pain.
