Symptom narrative

Patient inadvertently received both the regular-dose and high-dose influenza vaccines administered in the same arm during the same visit. Patient remained asymptomatic and tolerated vaccination well with no immediate adverse effects observed. Advised patient to monitor for local or systemic reactions and report any concerns. Explained that both vaccines are inactivated and no toxicity concerns are expected; patient is effectively over-immunized for this season. Patient elected to defer COVID-19 vaccination at this time.
