Symptom narrative

patient developed hives on the night of injection (10/20/25). She also felt fatigue on the same night. She took 10mg of prednisone and it helps out. she is only on prednisone 5mg and 1mg. No other symptoms are persisting on 10/22/25The hives is getting better but she stills has some on her arms, under breasts and groin areas. Patient can't take benadryl. So she purchased zyrtec and calamine lotion as my recommendation. She will also call her provider to discuss about it.
