Symptom narrative

Patient got three vaccines at around 11:30 10/17/25. Fluarix, comirnaty, and prevnar 20. Patient has had flucelvax before without issues. At 10:00 am on 10/18/25, patient woke up to full body rash, increased heart rate, tinnitus, and dizziness. Symptoms dissapeared by the end of the night except for tinnitus and dizziness.
