never got the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 57-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose in NOV-2023). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never got the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-OCT-2025 The 57-year-old male reported that he had first Shingrix shot in Nov 2023 and never got the second dose. Till the time of reporting, the patients did not receive the second dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
