Symptom narrative

Patient received Tdap, Meningococcal & Flu vaccines as well as CBC. She had an apparent vasovagal reaction - turned pale, felt dizzy. She was then helped to exam table and had a generalized tonic-clonic seizure 5+ minutes followed by a prolonged partial seizure
