ONLY LIQUID PORTION OF PENTACEL WAS ADMINISTERED (DTAP/IPV). CORRECTED IN LINKS AS GIVING HISTORICAL FOR DTAP/IPV. WILL WASTE THE REMAINING PORTION FOR VFC. PT WILL RETURN TO GET A COMPLETELY NEW HIB.
